Who we are
We are native Houstonians who care deeply about food, drink, and hospitality...so much so that we built a industry-leading organic/hydroponic farm on Houston’s Northside just to prove the point.
As farmers, chefs, and hospitality industry veterans, we are inspired by the living world around us, as well as by the rituals and traditions of the varied people who live in it.
Good God, Nadine’s will celebrate both those people (specifically those living in the incomparable Gulf Coast region), and the natural world around us by bringing together great people and great ingredients to make a place you’d like to come on into, and STAY AWHILE.
